Bodymind Coaching Conversations

offer a place of sanctuary. A space where you can rest and recover yourself. You can listen to your soul’s needs and feel your way forward. A space where you come not to be fixed by another but to uncover the health and well-being that exists within. Quiet Mind, Quiet Body Programme

This small group in person or online programme offers a fresh new understanding that can help you reclaim your life back from pain. We will look at the following topics : –

  • The bittersweet nature of pain.
  • Getting caught up in our thoughts keeps us from a deeper, wiser place of healing. 
  • Anxious thoughts about our pain only serve to limit our lives.
  • Our Mind and Body are designed to self-correct and heal, but this tends to get covered over by the layers of our fearful or anxious thinking.
  • A quieter mind gives rise to a quieter body, then we can hear wisdom that will guide us out of the pain cycle if we begin to listen. 
  • Discover how to interrupt your default patterns and instead create a new internal landscape where you start to feel at home in your own body.

Myofascial Release Therapy

is a hands-on, whole-body treatment that offers you the opportunity to take an investigative journey deep inside your own body. As you come out of your head, away from your thoughts and thinking, you will learn how to drop deep inside to explore your unique internal landscape. 

You will notice where you are bracing and holding tension. With kind attention and curiosity, you will accept these feelings and sensations. You’ll release uncomfortable stuff and create a space for joy, peace, creativity, growth and healing.
