 My work is an intuitive, creative healing blend of my skills working with the body and mind. I welcome those struggling with chronic pain or anxious thinking, who want to tap into their in-built health and well-being, a gift that is part of our design.

Quiet Mind Quiet Body Programme

This 6-week, small group programme shares a new understanding in a relatable way that will bring you your very own insights, shifting your experience of persistent pain and transforming your day-to-day experience of life.

 Creating a safe, non-judgmental and uplifting space to explore the neuroscience behind chronic pain, along with an understanding of the 3 Principles, can bring freedom from persistent pain.

 As I share my understanding of these Universal Principles, my desire is that you discover new levels of hope and possibility, finding clarity that awakens healing in your life and in your body.

Myofascial Release Therapy

Welcome to my quiet, sacred, healing “Garden Room” in Ireland, where I offer hands-on, whole-body treatment. This treatment invites you to take an investigative journey, deep inside your own body. Come out of your head, away from your thoughts and thinking. Drop deep inside and explore your unique internal landscape. Learn to listen to your body as it calls you home.

Begin your journey towards a reduction in pain, relief from tension and stress, and a sense of feeling at home and relaxed in your own skin.
