The Sacred Dance of Mind, Body and Spirit Retreat.

A Retreat for Creative Freedom, Deep Rest & Inner Wisdom

Where?    Bosham, West Sussex

When?     15th – 17th May 2026

A three-day journey into the quiet wisdom of body, mind, and spirit

Nestled in the serene coastal village of Bosham, this retreat invites you into a gentle space of reconnection — with yourself, your body, and the creative intelligence that fuels clarity, joy, and peace of mind.

Hosted by Julie McCammon and Tracey McEachran, two practitioners grounded in the 3 Principles understanding, this retreat is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover what’s been within you all along.

What to Expect:-

Join us on Friday evening for a beautiful Sound Bath experience, led by Jez Smith. Then on Saturday and Sunday:-

A Return to the Body — with Julie McCammon

Under Julie’s compassionate guidance, you’ll explore self-myofascial release, unwinding practices, and restorative meditations. These sessions offer a doorway into profound body awareness, revealing how the body expresses wisdom when we allow it to.

You’ll learn to listen inwardly, soften habitual tension, and trust what your body already knows.

(During the breaks and free time, there will be an opportunity to experience a 30-minute hands-on Myofascial Release treatment with Julie. This would be an additional cost of £50 and needs to be pre-booked by emailing Julie at [email protected] as spaces will be limited.)
