Quiet Mind Quiet Body: A New Way Through Pain
When we hurt physically, life can become a nightmare. We naturally want to make it go away. We resist it. We anguish over it. But fighting pain only makes it worse.
What if there is another way? Quieter. Trusting. Respectful of the Body’s Wisdom. And what if that way, in the end, can relieve your suffering?
My ‘Quiet Mind Quiet Body’ approach integrates hands-on bodywork with gentle, soothing coaching/mentoring conversations. This is deep work for those who are fed up with skimming the surface of their relationship with their body.
I help you reconnect with your body, mind and soul, through the combined use of Bodymind Coaching Conversations and Myofascial Release Therapy. I am here to partner with you, pointing you towards your very own inner well of wisdom as we uncover your innate health and wellbeing.

Quiet Mind Quiet Body - Transformation Package
This creme de la creme package offers you 3 Immersions over the course of a year.
Guiding you and your body through a deeply transformative journey towards healing and wholeness.
Over the course of one year, you will receive three 3-day Immersions, mini-retreats designed for your body and soul. Between each immersion, there will be a monthly, one-hour Zoom call where you can continue to explore and deepen your understanding of the bodymind connection.
Bodymind Coaching Conversations Only
These online coaching conversations offer a space for those who cannot attend in-person sessions. Providing a place of sanctuary. A space to rest and recover yourself. Listen to your soul’s needs and feel your way forward. Come not to be fixed by another but to uncover the health and well-being that exists within.
The 3 Principles understanding guides us towards the realisation that each and every human has a space within that holds the answers to help them thrive, regardless of the circumstances or situations they find themselves in.
